Environmental Sanitation Fees are payable in local currency directly to the hotels. As these fees fluctuate by hotel, you may contact your respective hotel for more information on the applicable fees.
Smoking is not permitted indoors and in public areas, only permitted in designated areas.
The passing of two recent hurricanes in the area, have caused unexpected delays to the maintenance of the main swimming pool. As a result, it is anticipated that this pool will remain closed for repairs until mid-November 2024.
Additionally, repairs to some of the windows at the buffet restaurant are also taking place. This work will only take place while the restaurant is not in service.

The main pool will be closed for maintenance from Sept 23/24 - Oct 13/24.
During this time of repair (replacing water pumps, water filters, replacing pool tiles and fixing the floor in the pool area), lounge chairs will remain available along the beach and buildings. In addition, the Snack Bar, Beach Bars and Sushi Bar areas will stay open according to their regular service schedule.
The two smaller pools, located in each of the room buildings, which will continue to be available during this time.
Every effort will be made to ensure minimal disturbance to in-house guests.
